From the North
On Hwy 14: Travel south on Hwy 81 through Yankton, SD, then 10 miles south to Hwy 12. Turn right on Hwy 12 for 25 miles.
On Hwy 37: Follow Hwy 37 south and cross the Missouri River on the Standing Bear Memorial Bridge into Nebraska. Turn left on Hwy 12 for 5 miles.
On Hwy 281: Heading south on Hwy 281, change to Hwy 50 East at the junction of 281 and 50, then follow Hwy 50 through Wagner, and then Avon, turning right on Hwy 37 just west of Tyndall. Follow Hwy 37 south and cross the Missouri River on the Standing Bear Memorial Bridge into Nebraska. Turn left on Hwy 12 for 5 miles.
On Interstate 29: Travel south on I-29 to either Hwy 46 (exit 47) or Hwy 50 (exit 26) and travel west to Hwy 81. Turn left on 81 and travel south on through Yankton, then 10 miles south to Hwy 12. Turn right on Hwy 12 for 25 miles.
From the East
Travel east on Hwy 20 out of South Sioux City, then turn right at Hwy 12 and enjoy the scenic 72 miles to Ohiya Casino & Resort.
From the South
On Hwy 14: Travel north on Hwy 14 to Niobrara, then take Hwy 12 to the east for 7 miles.
On Hwy 81: Travel north on Hwy 81 to the Hwy 12 junction (48 miles north of Norfolk, 10 miles south of Yankton), then turn left on Hwy 12 for 25 miles.
From the West
From O’Neil: Travel east on Hwy 59 to Hwy 14, then turn left on Hwy 14 for 20 miles to Niobrara, then take Hwy 12 to the east for 7 miles.
From the Valentine Area: Travel east on Hwy 12 to Niobrara, then 7 miles east.
From Pickstown, SD: Travel east on Hwy 46 as it converges with Hwy 50, then follow Hwy 50 through Wagner, and then Avon, turning right on Hwy 37 just west of Tyndall. Follow Hwy 37 south and cross the Missouri River on the Standing Bear Memorial Bridge into Nebraska. Turn left on Hwy 12 for 5 miles.
