Duties & Responsibilities:
- To provide guest and employee with clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment.
- Must be neatly dressed and well-groomed in a clean and approved dress code
- Must be able to read menus
- Stands and walks during 6-8 hour shift
- Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes
- Must be able to clearly communicate guest needs to service, cashiers, and managers
- Must be able to hear well in a loud environment in order to respond to employee and guest needs
- Lifts and carries supplies and equipment up to 60lbs throughout entire shift: place these items on high and low shelves in store rooms, freezer, and walk-in cooler
