Responsible for the operation and management of the Human Resource (Personnel) Department.
Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager, plan, organize, direct and coordinate the workers and resources for efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverage.
Responsible for customer service serving drinks and managing money transactions. This person should have the ability to tell when a person or persons have reached their limit of alcohol consumption. This employee may be responsible for keeping accurate inventory records.
Provide guest and employee with clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment.
Supervision of all cage activities, including insuring the integrity and professionalism of the Ohiya Casino & Resort.
Insures the security and safety of customers and employees, protecting the casino assets, and has excellent customer service abilities.
The Cook, under the direction of the F&B Manager, is responsible for performing all duties and responsibilities of a fast paced, highly intensified kitchen/restaurant in a professional manner.
The Player's Club Representative, under the direction of the Marketing/Advertisement Director, is responsible for representing the casino, assisting guests and facilitating promotions and events.
Provides guests/patrons with friendly courteous customer service, which includes providing with beverages, popcorn, ice-cream, and delivery of meals.
