Position Summary:
A Bartender is responsible for customer service serving drinks and managing money transactions. This person should have the ability to tell when a person or persons have reached their limit of alcohol consumption. This employee may be responsible for keeping accurate inventory records.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have a high school degree or its equivalent
- Minimal computer skills are required
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must possess well-developed leadership skills
- Ability to implement and uphold service standards
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
