The prize is 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL. MSRP Value $29,629.00 A winner will be randomly selected from entries earned by Ohiya Casino Player's Club members as they play our gaming machines. The more you play while using your Ohiya Casino and Resort Player’s Club card, the more entries you earn in this promotion. You must be present at the drawing to win. Participants will earn one promotion entry for each 30 Player Gaming Points earned from February 26th to April 1st, 2023. Entries end on April 1st 2023. The Kiosk will be blocked off prior to the drawing at 9pm. The drawing will be held at approximately 9:00 PM on April 1st, 2023. The winner’s only option is to accept the 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL. Ten names will be randomly selected from the eligible entries from our Casino-Trac’s electronic barrel, located at the front kiosk. Of the ten names selected, one individual will become the grand prize winner and the remaining nine consolation winners will receive varying amounts of cash ranging from $100 to $500. To be eligible to win, entrants must be present at the time of the drawing and have had activity on their Ohiya Player’s Club card within a four hour window prior to the drawing. Ohiya Player’s Club card activity is defined as; a Player’s Club card properly inserted in a gaming machine during play or the entrant going to the Player’s Club and having a transaction performed on the card. You must be 18 years old to participate and win in this promotion. The winner's age will be verified. Individuals, who are employees of Ohiya Casino & Resort, or the marketing firm 44i, are not eligible to win. The prize may be subject to varying amounts of income and/or gift tax, sales tax, licensing fees, and other charges. A completion and submission of IRS forms will be required when the prize is accepted. Upon accepting the prize, the winner will become responsible for all related taxes, licenses, insurance, etc. Winners are responsible and must be present for the pick-up of their prize. All appropriate paperwork must be completed with the marketing department before taking possession of the prize. Upon participating in this promotion, winners will be granting permission to have their likeness, name, and voice used in Ohiya Casino advertising. Ohiya Casino & Resort management reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without prior notice and at any time, to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion.
